Connect your Google account
In Calio, go to Integrations and click "Connect Google Calendar". You sign in with Google and grant permission once.
Your availability keeps itself right
Calio checks your free/busy times every 5 minutes. Events already in your Google Calendar automatically block those slots.
Bookings land in your calendar
When a guest books, the appointment appears in your Google Calendar immediately, guest details included. If they cancel or reschedule, your calendar is updated automatically.

Frequently asked questions
What does Calio see of my calendar?
Only when you are busy (free/busy times), never the title, attendees or contents of your events. Connection tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and you can disconnect at any time. We never share your calendar data with third parties.
How fast is the sync?
Your availability is refreshed against your calendar every 5 minutes. New bookings are written to your calendar immediately, and removed or moved straight away when a guest cancels or reschedules.
Can I connect several Google calendars?
For now you connect your primary Google Calendar. Support for multiple calendars per account is on the roadmap.
