CalioConnect Moneybird to your appointment scheduler
When someone books an appointment, you will want to invoice them later. With the Moneybird integration, Calio adds every new booker to your administration as a contact, with name and e-mail address. If the contact already exists, Calio does nothing: your administration stays yours.
The integration creates no invoices and changes nothing. It only adds, so the contact is ready when you get to invoicing.

Create an API token in Moneybird
In Moneybird, go to your user settings, Developers, and create a personal token. Paste that token into Calio under Integrations.
Choose your administration
If you have several administrations, pick the one contacts should go to. Calio stores the token encrypted.
Contacts appear by themselves
From now on every confirmed booking becomes a contact in Moneybird, unless that e-mail address is already there. Calio shows you when the last sync ran and whether anything went wrong.

Your customer’s name and e-mail address are already in Moneybird by the time you want to create the invoice.
No duplicate contacts
Calio first checks whether the e-mail address exists, in Moneybird and in its own memory, so a customer who books twice stays one contact.
Your administration stays in charge
Existing contacts are never updated or overwritten. A guest who types their name sloppily changes nothing about what you entered with care.
Encrypted and revocable
The Moneybird token is stored encrypted in the database (AES-256-GCM). Disconnect, and it is wiped.
Frequently asked questions
Does Calio create invoices too?
No. Calio only creates contacts. You invoice in Moneybird yourself, with the contact already waiting.
What happens to a customer who is already in Moneybird?
Nothing. Calio looks up the e-mail address first; if the contact exists, Calio leaves it alone. A customer who booked through Calio before is not created a second time either.
