Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it stays free. No credit card, no trial that quietly turns into a subscription. You get one user with unlimited event types, a public booking page, confirmation and reminder emails, and guests rescheduling or cancelling by themselves. The data processing agreement applies on the free plan too, it is not behind a subscription.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every amount on this page is per user per month and excludes VAT, as is usual for business software. Calio invoices from the Netherlands and currently charges the Dutch rate of 21%; VAT reverse charge for businesses outside the Netherlands is not supported yet.
When do I pay per user?
Free and Pro are single-user plans. From Team onwards you pay per team member: the invoice is the number of users times the monthly price. A team of three on Team is three times € 14 per month when billed yearly.
What does paying yearly save?
Paying yearly lowers the monthly price: Pro is € 8 instead of € 10, Team € 14 instead of € 17 and Business € 24 instead of € 29. You do pay for twelve months up front.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your account falls back to the free plan; your appointments and booking page stay exactly where they are.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Through Mollie, by iDEAL or credit card. The first payment sets up a mandate, after which each following period is collected automatically. If a collection fails we retry, and you hear from us before anything changes about your access.
What happens to the price I pay today?
We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance and they only take effect from your next billing period. Never retroactively, and never halfway through a year you have already paid for.
