Can I ask for a deposit to prevent no-shows?
Yes. Through Mollie your clients pay up front or leave a deposit while booking, with iDEAL or card; the money goes straight to your own account. You can also set a no-show fee per treatment: it is shown before booking and sent afterwards as a payment request — nothing is ever charged automatically.
Does this work with several chairs or staff members?
Yes. You invite your staff into your team; everyone has their own calendar and booking link. With round-robin you share a single link that sends a client to whoever is free.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
In a data centre in Amsterdam, and processing stays inside the EU. Every sub-processor we use is named, with its country, in our privacy policy — which makes your GDPR paperwork towards clients straightforward.
