No. Calio handles creating, confirming, reminding and rescheduling appointments. Treatment records, billing and reimbursements stay in your existing practice software.
Do reminders go out by SMS as well?
Reminders currently go out by email (24 hours and 1 hour before). SMS reminders are on the roadmap.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
In a data centre in Amsterdam, and processing stays inside the EU. Every sub-processor we use is named, with its country, in our privacy policy — which makes your GDPR paperwork towards clients straightforward.
What does Calio cost?
