Is my data really stored in Europe?
Yes. Your data sits in a data centre in Amsterdam and is processed within the EU; the AI search help and email delivery run via European providers too. Our privacy statement lists every sub-processor by name and country.
Does it work with both Google and Outlook?
Yes. You connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft 365/Outlook calendar in a few clicks. Existing appointments automatically block your availability and confirmed bookings are added to your calendar — Calio only reads when you are busy, never the contents of your events.
Can I request iDEAL deposits?
Yes. Set an event type to "full amount up front" or "deposit only" and your guest pays while booking, through Mollie (iDEAL or card). The slot stays reserved for 20 minutes; the appointment is confirmed once the payment arrives. Automatic no-show fees afterwards are still on the roadmap.
What does Calio cost?
There is a forever-free plan. Paid plans start at €8 per user per month (billed yearly) — about 20% below Calendly Standard.
Can I switch from Calendly?
Yes. You recreate your event types and working hours in a few minutes and then simply share your new Calio link.

If you connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft calendar, Calio uses it solely to see when you are busy and to add confirmed appointments to your calendar. We do not read the contents of your existing events and never share your calendar data with third parties. Read more in our privacy policy.
