Calio sends a signed message to Zapier at booking, at cancellation, and before or after the appointment. The other way round, Zapier can retrieve, create and cancel appointments through the REST API.

Create a Catch Hook in Zapier
In Zapier, choose "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger, type Catch Hook, and copy the URL Zapier gives you.
Add a webhook workflow in Calio
In Calio, go to Workflows, create a workflow for the moment you want (at booking, at cancellation, before or after the appointment), choose Webhook as the channel and paste the URL. Calio sends all details of the appointment and the guest, signed with a secret key.
Finish your zap
Zapier receives the test message and shows every field: the guest’s name and e-mail address, time, event type, answers to your custom questions. Attach whatever steps you want.

Is there a native Calio app in Zapier?
It has been submitted to Zapier. Until Zapier approves it, everything above works through "Webhooks by Zapier", which is included in every Zapier plan. Once the app is in the Zapier directory, you will read it here.
Which data does Calio send?
The appointment (time, status, event type, location, meeting link), the host, your organisation, the guest (name, e-mail address, time zone, language) and the answers to your custom questions. No payment details.
Which plan includes this?
Webhook workflows and the REST API are included in Pro and up. Zapier itself has a free plan with a limited number of zaps.
