Frequently asked questions

Is the group poll really free?

Yes. Creating a poll requires no account and no credit card, and your participants never see ads. Calio earns its keep with the full scheduling product; the poll is the introduction.

Do participants need an account?

No. Anyone with the voting link fills in their name and email address and votes. Voting again with the same email address updates the earlier vote.

What happens when I set a time?

The poll closes, and every voter gets an email with the chosen time in their own language and timezone, with a calendar invitation (.ics) attached.

Can the poll propose times from my calendar?

With a free Calio account it can: you propose times from your real calendar and the chosen time instantly becomes an appointment, with a confirmation email, reminders and calendar sync.
