The booking page only shows times that are actually free, in your time zone and language. Enter your name and e-mail address and book.

Reschedule or cancel
Click that link: rescheduling or cancelling works without logging in. A day and an hour before, you get the reminder, again the way your customer sees it.

Your own calendar
With an account you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365: busy times disappear from the booking page by themselves and every booking lands in your calendar.
Your own branding
Logo, accent colour and a personal note in the e-mails, and on Business your own address instead of calio.nl.
Payments, questions and workflows
Pay up front via iDEAL or card, custom questions when booking and messages around the appointment. Everything you miss in the demo is in the free account or a plan above it.

Questions about the demo
Am I really booking something?
Yes, in the Calio demo calendar. You get the same e-mails as a real guest. There is just nobody on the other side: the appointment is deleted automatically once it has passed.
What happens to my name and e-mail address?
They are only stored with the test appointment and are deleted together with it, at the latest a day after the chosen time. You do not end up on any list.
Can I see the demo in another language?
Yes. The booking page and the e-mails follow the language of the guest: Dutch, English, German or French. Switch languages at the top of the booking page.
Will my customer also see "Powered by Calio"?
Yes, on every plan except Business. On Business the booking page runs on your own address and our name disappears from the e-mails to your guests.
